The original Smokehouse® Blend delivers a rich, country smoke flavor with a touch of sweetness, making it a versatile choice for all types of cooking. Our signature mix of Hickory, Oak or Alder, Maple, and Cherry pairs exceptionally well with beef, pork, poultry, seafood, vegetables, wild game, cheeses, and more.

All of our wood chunks are thoroughly dried and made from 100% all-natural wood, with no additives. We carefully remove any bitter tree bark to ensure you get the purest smoke flavor. These larger, chunkier pieces are ideal for grilling and barbecuing, and they work perfectly in our Gas Smoker Cooker and Wide Gas Smoker Cooker. Each bag contains 242 cu. in. (3.96 L) of wood chunks.
